Now that coolessential.com has got my attention, I have been trawling the search engines for further mention of this company. I have also been wondering about the telephone answering service that this company is running – and how they recruit their staff. A little digging around revealed this old advertisement showing how the company recruited their staff in the past (it’s difficult to specify the exact date of this entry – I certainly hope it isn’t current).
I’d love thear from some of coolessential.com employees …..

Hi. Coolessential.com is a shit and John, Harry, Pannu is a thief. DO NOT BELIEVE HIM! I believed one time and I still suffer the consequences. I had worked for Coolessential.com during 5 months from oct 07 till apr 2008. At the beginning all aparently looked nice, the office was at the Centre Point and the room was amusing. I got the job because a friend of mine knew they’re looking for someone skilled in internet to start a new shopping portal. At that time, my husband started the same job with me on Coolesential. So, as I said, all looked trustful and really “cool”. 2 months later we received a notice from Mr Pannu that he would move the office to another building in Southbank area. Surprisly the new office he said to be great was – in fact – a small room (believe me, really small), capacity for 5 people, but we were in 12. The room was so small that me and my husband shared the same desk. We hadn’t got space for our legs and (obviously) we started to fight, that was horrible for our relationship. All the oldest staffs resigned (was a sign of his bunkruptcy), but Mr Pannu’s words were so convincing about his “good intentions” that we still worked for Coolessential. So people left the company and Mr Pannu (with his lies) tried to keep us as long as he could. One day he said he would pay us monthly because he was fed up of wasting check sheets weekly. We agreed. After a month, when we should receive our payment, he gave us a check (with my wages and my husband’s). We deposited the ckeck, but it was uncleared. So we waited another week to try to clear the check but another time the check was uncleared. Resuming: Mr Pannu fired us (because we’d complained to him about our 1 MONTH WAGES – ME AND MY HUSBAND), without any payment. We went to Employment Court, we WON, but he NEVER paid us what he owed. The others who worked with us left the company after that, without any payment as well. We had a terrible time to recover our expenses, but luckly we started to work again, now in reputable companies. I AM SO SORRY FOR ALL THOSE WHO, ONE DAY, BELIEVED IN HIS WORDS, ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE MORE THAN £5000 OWED BY HIM AND WE KNOW AT THE END THAT HE WILL NEVER PAY US BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE NEVER WOULD PAY US. So if somebody can stop him (by the Justice, by Law), please, DO IT. We haven’t got enough money to pay a Lawyer and because of that we left behind money that we worked hardly for. He needs to pay for all the damage he has done.
